Live STT & transcript

Dictation preferences

Language, live analysis, and how the transcript appears in the workspace. Changes apply on the next recording.

Deepgram Nova-3 Medical is most accurate on Australian English.

Allow mid-consult switch to Arabic or other supported languages. Off keeps the transcript anchored to your default.

Runs the clinical engine in the background as you dictate. Disable to save bandwidth on slow connections.

Inline Arabic → English translation when mixed-language speech is detected.

Grouped bundles consecutive utterances by speaker; Flat is raw segment-by-segment.

Show coloured speaker tags (Doctor / Patient / Other) inline in the transcript.

Data & privacy

How consult data is retained and how the append-only audit ledger protects export hashes. No patient identifiers are stored outside your local session without your action.

Consult sessions live in this browser's localStorage by default. Export to PDF or copy to EMR to persist elsewhere.

Browser-local

Every export hash is appended to a tamper-evident hash chain on the server. Verifiable after the fact.

Active

Transcripts are kept until you delete them, clear browser data, or reset the app. No auto-expiry.

Until cleared

AI outputs are decision support only. The treating clinician carries responsibility for every decision.

Clinician-led

Removes cached sessions, transcripts and export hashes from this browser. Your sign-in tokens are preserved.
